| Hi Jaanu I'm sorry to say but Only walking is not going to help much, you need to get on an Epiliptical trainer in gym or just run on treadmill, what you need is Cardio, whichmeans any excercise that can help you get your heart rate UP, so your blood circulation increases which can help cut Fat. Basically you need a lot of Activity. Along with Cardio, you need to do some thigh exercises and Butt exercises, try googling it you will find many on the net Bye ! |

| Hi Vaidehi, Instead of you doing exercise on your own and getting injured, its better you contact some physical fittness trainer and go from there. You could take appt with physical theraphy people. Regards. |
