    I too had sinus infection last week doctor gave me antibiotics too with it i did steaming (adding some eucalyptus oil) alternate days. steaming helps a lot in quick recovery. Try it out u may feel better.

    Feb 6th

    morning 3 glasses of warm water with lemon
    B/f veg salad with moong dhal sprouts
    MM 1 orange 1 glass green tea
    lunch Oats pongal with palak kootu
    Evening 1 green tea with 2 oats muffin low fat homemade
    dinner pasta with lots of veg 1/2 cup
    water intake 2.5 litres

    Workout


    Kapalbathi 300
    anulom vilom 50
    diff asanas 10 mins

    Ls walk 3 miles
    ab vertical crunches 50
    situps 10

    Girls, today update:

    2 cup of Luke warm water with lemon
    Exercise- floor exercise 15 min, air cycling 125 counts, sit ups 25, weights for hands- 15 counts for each hand, asanas

    Bf- 2 slices of brown bread with cucumber slices and kala channa
    Mm- 4 slices of apple
    Lunch- brown rice, taro root poriyal, yogurt
    Eve- lemon tea
    Night- 2 dosa without oil and apple chutney, 1 cup milk without sugar

    No eat out, 2.5 l water, 45 mins exercise... 3 stars today :)

    2nd Day Challenge!!! Completed

    Early Morning: 2 Glass Warm Water
    30 min brisk walking
    10 min kapalbhati.
    10 min anumom-vilom.

    Breakfast : Multigrain Daliya + 4 almonds
    2 oranges
    Lunch : Mung Sprouts + potato (3-4 pieces) + Cucumber + coriander chutney 1 plate
    1 plate salad(romaine lettuce + kale + little dressing)
    Evening : 1 cup green tea
    followed by an apple
    Dinner : 2 chapati + toor daal + aloo gobhi

    1/2 cup milk + 5 munnakka + 1 spoon chawanprash

    2.5 ltr water completed
    no outside food
    30 min exercise

    sooooooooooo..................3 star ***

    Melon u know....sometimes i gets bore to eat this and be in limit....but the FEAR....if i will not be in control...what will i update...i strictly follow the rules and feels great ....when u writes chocogal 3star.

    thats so sweet of u...

    the main aim of this challenge is first 2 points we should get use of and follow thrm for life long...and eating out challenge is were we all lose control... we control and work towards our goal during week days and weekends ruin everything.... by the end of this month we all will maintain self control on food which are not sooo good for our body!

    evening snack- Italian biscotti 1
    dinner --parotta with egg curry(parrots is frozen ...hope it won't count in outside food)
    exercise - 45 mins
    water- 3 litres
