weightloss friends group 2013

    Diet :
    Early morning – 1/2 litre water
    Breakfast – 2 chapatti and black Channa

    Mid morning- one banana
    Lunch – 2 chapatti, Dal

    Evening snack – 4 dates and carrot

    Dinner – 4 chapatti( was so hungry ) and egg white

    Water : 4 litres

    Exe: 45 min walking
    Climbed 5 floors
    No Yoga
    Not getting time for Yoga . I feel 24 hrs is not enough. :(

    Melon just now finished the LS 3 miles slim walk(did 20 min only)... Enjoyed a lot :)and its like dancing...... I never danced in my life... today fulfiled... Thanks for the link.... daily its raining in the evening.... So good workout at the time with enjoyment.....:)

    thats nice mahe... Try her 5 day slimdown... Its one mile a day... It covers overall.... If u want u can mor tgan a mile... Wow raining han... Here its peak summer... My phone shows 46 degree right now....=-O

    good name given to everyone... Weight watchers:)


    Am ok dear.. I dont know y but a week b4 special days... I feel the symptoms... It gets difficult.... Fastings start from tomorrow...

    Hi Melon/Friends,

    Everytime when i go my Doc says your thyroid levels are fine.
    Normal means wat? it should be less than 3 or can go upto 5..?

    When i started treatment for thyroid my TSH level was 150.
    As per my recent report it is 5.1 mclU/ML...( I am taking euthrox 100 mg everyday)

    Please chk the below link..
    Is your thyroid doctor using the old TSH lab standards?

    So should i take this as normal range or its more?
    Just want to do something abt my weight loss.. inspite of workng hard and eating healthy most of the times...im not able to reduce...

    Totally confused now...
    If u gals have info abt this plz share...

    Finally entered 58's:yes:...since 3weeks i got struck in 59's...really got bored, frustrated, disappointed with the same numbers..finally i broke it today with calm, peaceful mind :thumbsup..

    R u consulting a endocrinologist akineel??

    Am not a expert in this...

    The normal range is 0.5-12.0

    My tsh is 1.42 and my Dr told me that 75mg is keeping my levels normal very well...and he also said we hardly gain 1 or 2 kg bcos of thyroid.... So my making a overall lifestyle change we can lose weight... And thyroid medication is not for losing weight....anykind of hormonal imbalance slows down metabolism... Thats y weightloss is slow...

    Ya Im consulting endo doc only... he is good...
    since my weight was not moving...i asked them to send my reports to cross verify...
    when i browsed, there are two differnt links...where in one says it should be less than 3 and other says it should be less then 5.
