    Morning would be great!!! But still my work timings won't allow me to do it!!!!

    Generally walking nowadays after dinner & While going to office!!!!

    Hello Ladies,

    I have been walking everyday to and from Grocery store (to Downhill and from Uphill) minimum I walk is 45 minutes and I have downloaded a nice app to the the speed and how many calories it burns! Keep Walking!

    Yes night walk also great because while walking you can revise your full day and judge your work for the whole day.

    Main thing is you should walk ...

    for past one month we ( hubby and myself) started walking. after sending kinds to school we start walking from 9.15 to 10.45. 10mins slow 10 mins fast. if he goes on tour he will walk according to the time availability. he will make sure I walk regularly. we walk on the terrace. so no worry for safety , traffic. I listen to ilayaraja's song while walking. it keeps me going and no tired
