Avoid the Weight Loss Disasters!

    When you are working towards a weight loss goal, there can be numerous mistakes, which will make you start all over again. This can sabotage your plan and undermine your confidence blowing up all the hard work at losing weight. Here are few things that you must watch out that could prove disastrous to your weight loss goal.

    1. Being detached about diet: Many people give up on diet simply because they do not like it. Make choices that you like and can live with for a longer time.

    2. Feeling Guilty: Beating yourself for even a small mistake can take your goal in the backward direction. If you make a mistake, accept and get back on the track than going back to where you started.


    3. Not much exercise: Diet experts feel that weight loss goals are easily achievable if there is enough physical activity during the week. A moderate physical activity of about 30 minutes on all the days of the week will help you achieve the goal. Cutting the calories alone is not sufficient to achieve the weight loss goal.

    4. Emotional Eating: There can be several days in a month where you can take to eating, to beat boredom, sadness and other such feelings. This can make your effort towards the weight loss goal spiraling down. Experts suggest distracting yourself for ten to fifteen minutes whenever you feel the urge to satisfy your feelings with food.

    5. Being too rigid: Denying favorite foods can tempt you to overindulge, which can wreck your weight loss efforts. Have small goals and reward yourself with small indulgences.

    6. Portion Control: The more you eat out often, high are the chances that you may end up eating more. Do exercise portion control and avoid being overgenerous to your stomach.

    7. Eating Fast: The brain takes about twenty minutes to register the feeling of satiety or fullness. If you eat too fast, you end up eating more than necessary adding up to unwanted weight gain. Dietitians recommend eating slowly and relishing each bite to feel full in short time.

    Of course a sweet tooth can ruin weightloss goal like anything
    I guess it is better to have a ruined(decayed)tooth than a sweet tooth:bonk
