I have found kapalbatti and chakki pisasana (Here we do exercise as if we are using the chakki to grind.) good in reducing tummy.I have found both these effective. surya namaskar is also good. one doesnt loose fat from a particular portion when you exercise. fat is lost throught the body.When you do tummy trimming exercises it tones and tightens the muscles around midriff. Attend some yoga sessions .It would be certainly helpful.I am not preaching I do this everyday and has found it useful, I also have a similar problem like yours. A continuity of exercise is essential other wise you will see the bulge appearing again.

could you please explain more about chakki pisasana if possible post some pics...

Hi Bhanu

Here are a few tips from me :

1. Allow atleast two hours after dinner before going to bed
2. Do some simple exercises like lying flat on the floor, raise your legs and try to do cycling. Also try to rotate each leg clockwise and anti clockwise making full circles.

Exactly. try to do the exercises daily. Reduce your carb intake. There are different ab exercises. hopefull i might post some on the site very soon

its the only way to reduce ur tummy is do yoga(breathing exercises) By yoga u can reduce ur tummy easily. try it regularly.

the arabic belly dance workout videos posted by one of our member worked wonders for me..i could see a drastic change in my dress fitting around my waist and bellly area once i started doing those exercises. maybe you can give it a try.
