I was going through this thread about reducing the tummy.. Yes i want to know how to? i hv undergone 3 abdominal surgeries and i can't do too much of workouts. someone help me.

Even i am facing the same problem. that is fat around tummy. i had a c-section. i am doing regular exercise and drinking 6 to 8 glasses of water.i didnt tried this kapal Bhati. i will try and let you know the results. but what about the fat around the hips. how to reduce the weight? do anyone have any suggestions? if so, please post them

Here is my suggestion...
If u join an aerobics class or gym, it'll nice for some time and u'll notice some loss in ur weight, etc..
But once if u stop to attend the classes, u'll increase ur weight abnormally.
So I can tell u to take less food which is more hygenic and eat some fruits rather than eating so called fast food like pizza, burger, etc.
So if u do like this for some days, u'll definitely find ur tummy good.
And walk daily for 45-60 min. It'll help u a lot. This is my personal experience.
So I told u.
who whted 2 reduce weight is tht just eat tiffin in morn which contain no oil,take fruit not fat fruits like bannana.then have lunch but take little try to avoid oil products.u have ur usual but take quatity less eat more time no problem but dont eat at once more food it increases ur stomach.if it possible u can do any exercise just 1/2 hour.dont eat dinner b4 ur go 2 bed.take atleast b4 2 hours of ur sleep.drink lemon water with 1sp honey in morning.just try it.

to reduce the tummy, drink lots of water(atleast half a litre) early in the mornin....
then do some crunches...... around 100 to 200 everyday....

Are you talking about crunches or situps. Situps you can do 200-250 like but not crunches. They are best done on lying on your backs.
In the morning with your empty stomach, you do crunches on your back.
Just bring both your legs together to your knee and hug them with your hands.
Then slowly start putting your head up to touch your knee, if you can.
You can do this fully, only when your stomach is empty. So keep trying to do it early in the morning. It seems the best time to do it. My tummy has come down but I am still not able to touch my knees with my head. May be my age.. doesn't allow me to do that.
I have somewhat got rid of my tummy area with this. This one you need to do only ten times daily.
After that, go brush your teeth and drink 1 cup of warm water with juice of half a lime.
I have seen the difference and I hope you'll see too.

Hi all,Thanks for ur responses.I have 24months old daughter.After delivery my belly came out so big now I look like 7months pregnant lady.I am very thin and only me belly looks so big.It really looks odd.Can you please suggest me any video exercises or simply exercises to reduce my belly without reducing fat in other parts of body.Due to my belly I cant even getup without any support if I sit on the floor.Can u please help me.Thanks
