Dear, I have same problem too

. Are you born in 1970? Well, I am. Also 37 years old, my weight rocketted to 80kg now (from 65kg). Also, have left knee pain, did x-ray and shows degenration of the ligaments. I also have backpain which really bothering me. My doctor confirmed that all the above problems are related to my increased weight.
I must really loose my weight to take care of my knee problem or otherwise i would have to crawl when I'm 50 years old. :bull****
Really watching my diet now, and wants to walk at least 20mins everyday. My aim is to loose 1kg per week and reach a healthy goal of 60kg.

Well, when i was 65kg, which was near ideal weight, i had lots of self-confidence, and importantly the energy to run about. I'm missing all that now. So i'm very determined to fight my with weight and acheive my goal.
I live in Singapore. For a start, i have approached 2 other ladies living in my place to start morning walk at 6.20am. Proablly you could start that too. Walking buddies do help to maintain a healthy walking lifestyle. Also, i become a vegetarian which a bit difficult as i have to cut down my carb intake.
