| Hai In south india our elders used to TIE OUR TUMMY TIGHTLY WITH TOWEL OR ANY CLOTH........to reduce tummy after delivery...........without doctor's advice dont use any tummy belt...... And, beaware of ur diet,use plenty of veg , greesn etc............and Consult ur gynaec for mild exercises to reduce ur tummy..........

| I dont know if this will help. I had a prominent tummy and gained weight too. So what i did was wear jeans my size and take walks regularly morning evening 1/2 hr each. I did for 6 months and boom i had a flat tummy. It might work. Try it if its convincing, |

| Hi, Doing sit ups will also help.Try like about 5 to 10 sit ups early morning as and when you get up in empty stomach.You can do few exercises like touching ur toes without bending ur legs etc.Simple things would work... GOOD LUCK!

u get barley seeds in any provision shop or if u live in states we get in indian stores... u boil it in presure cooker and drink about 4 to 5 glasses of water .....but one thing to be noted is that u will have to visit u r bathroom many times....
