Default How to flatten my tummy?

please some body suuggest me what to do with my big tummy after my two pregnencies. iam worried about my belly

hey keep one hr gap after having lunch or dinner to sleep.. regularly do tummy exercises like touching ur toe fingers with ur hands.. make ur dinnr with salads and chapathi's (except rice) drink more water.. thats it ya

Hai

In south india our elders used to TIE OUR TUMMY TIGHTLY WITH TOWEL OR ANY CLOTH........to reduce tummy after delivery...........without doctor's advice dont use any tummy belt......

And, beaware of ur diet,use plenty of veg , greesn etc............and

Consult ur gynaec for mild exercises to reduce ur tummy..........

I dont know if this will help. I had a prominent tummy and gained weight too. So what i did was wear jeans my size and take walks regularly morning evening 1/2 hr each. I did for 6 months and boom i had a flat tummy. It might work. Try it if its convincing,

Ya..as Jaanu said u give gap for one hour after finishing lunch/dinner. Better u hv early dinner e.e. 8.00 pm n go bed around 10 pm

My brother-in-law experienced that after doing, Pranayama, Alom-vilom like breathing exercises, his tummy is reduced. He was having bulgings near the feet. Now he found that they r missing. Its stunned him that with only breathing exercises, they hv gone and informed us during our family get-together.

So pl do Breathing Exercises, it wil heop u out.

Hi,
Doing sit ups will also help.Try like about 5 to 10 sit ups early morning as and when you get up in empty stomach.You can do few exercises like touching ur toes without bending ur legs etc.Simple things would work...

the best way to reduce weight is drink lots of barley water in a day and this will give u good result

u get barley seeds in any provision shop or if u live in states we get in indian stores...
u boil it in presure cooker and drink about 4 to 5 glasses of water .....but one thing to be noted is that u will have to visit u r bathroom many times....
