Hi all!! Need to burn fat desperately pls help

    Hey everyone..
    My sister's wedding is in december first week.. and i need to burn fat from my hips and thighs fast.. Right now u can consider my body to be pear shaped.. please help me i just got 40 45 days approx to burn the excess fat from my bottom.. plss suggest me sum gud exercises diet plans watever that can help me burn that fat.. coz ryt nw luking at my body i feel like :hide: :cry:..by the way i have joined the gym as well due to which i have lost almost 2 inches from my hips.. but i still wna lose atleast 4 inches in these 40 days... so plss suggest me anythng n everythng u guys knw :help

    In how much time you have reduce 2 inches in gym???

    Everyday morning drink a glass of warm water with lime juice squeeze and drink it after you brush your teeth .

    do lots of walking and green tea also helps and join some sport. (badminton.., etc)

    As diet part avoid sugar , and include honey instead. Youtube you have lots of videos showing how to reduce fat in thighs ...,

    hope this works for you.

    Hi,
    You can do air cycling exercise and ab crunch and planks. You will see the diffrence.to reduce thigh muscles,walking is best exercise.also you can try sit ups.

    SGA .. I reduced over all from body..
    top u knw wt i mean- 1 inch
    jst below dat almst 3 inches
    waist 1 inch
    hips 2 inches
    all this happened along wid 1 GM diet.. workout almst 5 days a week along wid a little aerobics like twisting the upper body n leg exercises also.. for abt 1 hr.. n i lost almst 1.5 kgs by following the gm diet frst three days i did it 3 4 times.. all this in about 30 days approx

    Cycling in laying position(sleep position)

    Swami Ramdev Ji, Recommends cycling in laying position(sleep position)
    How to do it:
    1. Lay on ground or bed or which ever place lets you lay down.
    2. Start moving your legs the we do in cycle. Do it 50 times by taking breaks if needed after 20 cycling movements.

    3. Repeat cycling movement with legs opposite direction. Do it 50 times by taking breaks if needed after 20 cycling movements.

    4. Then in laying position move your feet up like 2 feet up and down. Do it with one leg at a time.

    5. Then in laying position move your both feet up like 2 feet up and down. Do it with both leg at a time. It will make your figure look beautiful as Shilpa Shetty does it too.

    Benefits:
    1. Very good for people with obesity it can make you lose some weight for full effect do Kapalbhati more.
    2. People with weak legs can gain muscle by doing above exercise.
    3. Your stomach size will decrease
    4. Extra fat on thighs will burn away and they will come in shape.
    5. Big butts will come in shape.
    6. Burns many calories.
    7. Good exercise with out running or walking

    In your diet eat more salad mainly Tomato and Cucumber..
    I tried it.. works good..
