| Hi Jaanu, There is a exercising cycle with hand bars which is a good exercise for arms - should be available in any decent gym. At home, you can do these regularly - the key is regular exercise - there is not going to be any miracle. Spread your arms and rotate your fists clock wise and anti clockwise. Rotate your arms from the shoulder in both directions. While walking, let your arms move - like in march past. All the best, Cheers, Sumathy |
