my body fig is ok but my hands are looking more fat. can anyone say to make my hands thin?

There is a exercising cycle with hand bars which is a good exercise for arms - should be available in any decent gym.
At home, you can do these regularly - the key is regular exercise - there is not going to be any miracle.
Spread your arms and rotate your fists clock wise and anti clockwise.
Rotate your arms from the shoulder in both directions.
While walking, let your arms move - like in march past.

take 500ml water bottle fill it (instead of dumb bells) & do the exercise in both the hands,thatz all. initially start with five countings then increase it slowly & do as much u can,this simple & surely u'll reduce the fats in ur hands.

hey i think dumbells is nt a gud idea as i ve done them... definitely hands will reduce bt all the fat is stored in muscles .u will nt hav a girly luk fr ur hands......so try to rotate ur hands as many times as possible.........dnt worry u cn get a gud result

no i think dumbells are fine, ramya is referring to bulky muscles that men have...that can only acheived by weights over 20kg and alot of testosterone LOL!!! anyways you search up some arm toning excercises for females in google and try practising them. All the best!
