Default hanging/lose muscles on my upper ams

hi
i have this seirous problem of flabbiness on my upper arms as a result i feel very uncomfortable wearing sleeve less clothing
they luk xtreamly bad can some1 suggest me an easy remidy for these flabby upper arms

Weight bearing exercises and toning will help.
Those specific muscle groups need to be targeted
like the triceps and biceps
a search on the web will provide lot of info to get started with weight training.
both free weights like dumbells or weight machines can help.
