Default A Good Start...

Walking, as everyone knows, is a very good exercise, and these days a lot of people have realized its benefits. Health specialists say that you can walk any time of the day, but I personally feel that there is nothing like a brisk, early-morning walk.

I am a resident of a small township, in the southern most part of India, where the pollution level is low as compared to other big cities. Our small town boasts of a historical monument, a magnificent fort surrounded by a moat, constructed centuries back by the erstwhile ruler, Tipu Sultan, right in our midst and the surrounding area has now been converted into a beautiful walkway by the archeological survey of India. Walking at dawn is a sheer bliss in this place. We get a magnificent view of the majestic mountains far away, with their cloudy peaks. Surrounding the paved walkway are trees and flowering shrubs, on which birds hop and play, and the couple of ducks swimming around the moat joyfully are a sight to watch! Moreover, breathing in all that fresh, crisp, cool air does wonders to your mind and spirit as well…

Moreover, morning is the time when you feel your best, without any tensions or worries of the day. You are looking forward to a new day, and a pleasurable walk will definitely help you tackle the day’s pressures with ease.

Hi Pree,
Welcome to Indus Ladies! You have started your stay here with ' a good start'. continue...
Who will not like a place like you had described.
Even those who get up late in the morning will definitely get up and enjoy those scenes described by you.
It seem you are a nature lover too!

Hi Pree,
You are very lucky to be born in Kerala, i heard its full of natural beauty. I was since a very long time hoping to visit munnar & other palces, but God knows wen i would get that chance. I suppose they call Kerala as "God's Own Country" for its eternal beauty.
