My Slow and Steady weight loss Updates

    GOT bored of updating in others threads where no one is active so started my own thread

    Height:145cm
    Weight :55kg ( in January )
    Target weight ::50 kg
    Target Waist Line: 5 inches

    Lost 1kg in month of May

    Diet ::
    Breakfast: one egg white and cornflakes
    Lunch :: Rice , Curry and fried stuff for lunch and raw veg salads
    Evening : carrot juice then some Marie biscuits or Maggy or anything
    Dinner ::soup at 7 and then milk with ½ tsp soy protein supplement

    Only rule I follow is Don’t Skip your breakfast but skip Your dinner( as less as you can) and exercise daily

    I do have a cheat day once in a week when I eat samosa or fried rice etc etc ...

    i have bitter gard powder juice in morning.... kokum sarbath for acidity

    exercise routine From June

    Date Workout
    1 June :: Jogging (20 min)
    2 June:: Jogging (15 min)
    3 June :: Jogging (30 min)
    4 June:: Jogging (30 min)
    5 June:: Jogging (45 min) + air cycling ( 20 cycles – 10 times)
    6 June:: Jogging (30 min) + air cycling ( 25 cycles – 6 times)
    7 June:: Jogging (45 min) + air cycling ( 25 cycles – 4 times)
    8 June:: Jogging (30 min) + air cycling ( 25 cycles – 4 times)

    Why don't you join us in the weight loss buddy for 2012 its a very active thread and everyone will help you and also share their routines with you.
    I can understand what you are saying.
    You are doing great, instead of having soya supplents have natural protien, like sprouts, lentils, moong, eggs, chicken or fish.

    will join that thread ... actually i have calcium deficiency so i was advice to take milk ...i don't add sugar that Why i add little bit of soy powder so that it taste good....

    Dear SGA,
    do you take milk twice a day, then its ok to take the soy powder, for calcuim are you eating anything else, like greens and so on.
    Take in lots of sprouts it will help you and dates too, one date everyday.

    Dear Alpa

    i have milk only at night.... morning i take restro ( calcium tablet)
    i have to start adding good stuff to my diet like dates , beet root , seesame seeds etc etc to help me irregular periods...

    currently jus started with almonds ( 3 max in a day) , have chicken once in a week ( home made gravy)

    chicken is good, for weightloss infact try having grilled chicken and also fish, fish is hte bes t meal for protiens and also its good for health, have it and it helps for weight loss.

    actually i am allergic to fish.. i get abdominal pain...... in name of non veg i can jus eat eggs, chicken , prawns , crabs

    feel bore to do work out ... but have a goal to reach

    so today again Jogging ( 45 min) + air cycling ( 25 cycles -- 6 times )

    Ok dear understood,
    Crabs and prawns help you to put on weight have it once in 2 weeks. Jogging is good then try running it will really help you to lose weight
