Reduce my fat thighs

    Hi Dindu ,

    You can try Jilian Michael's Killer Buns and Thighs .

    I have lost 15 kgs so far working out at home using Jilian and Leslie videos only .

    I have tried Jilian's videos BFBM , NMTZ , Extreme Shred , 6 Weeks 6 Packs , 30 day shred , Ripped in 30 .

    I get a good mix of cardio + strength + abs in a week . I dont push myself too much ; As Shanvy said , I listen to my body . I dont know if Jilian knows about weight loss . But I know about my body and I love working out with these videos.

    Cycling and the morning exercise is good for you which I believe. Well if you drink two glass of water before the meal then you can get rid from this problem.
    I found this issue but I take these exercise and now feel comfortable...

    I have the same issue as I am pear shapped. It used to worry me earlier but now I dont think about it as that is how my body is and I am happy with it. That being said, thanks to my pear shape I have super strong legs. Elliptical help tone them down a lot and later I added yoga and leslie mills body pump to the mix. My thighs are still not propotional with my body but now they are pretty toned and strong.

    Try stepper/cycling at gym.

    Loosing weight in a natural way is always permanent ladies. Reducing 10kg in 2 weeks is not a good idea. The fast you reduce, the fast you gain it.

    google you tube exercises for lower body, it will show you many of them, start cycling it will help a lot and running or jogging is the best exercise for the lower body you will lose your lower bodyweight. please do brisk walking everyday for 20 mins if you can start doing aerobics or join aerobics or zumba classes they will help in losing he lower body weight.

    Hi,

    I did it for a month and got results. Did sun salutation for 12 times in the morning and again 12 times in eve. Also followed bit healthy diet, avoided junk foods but took all fruits, ghee and even fried foods made at home. Try for 1 month and still if it does nt work go for other methods.
