| hi, you know one thing? you are lucky to have this body,because i was like you before marriage and after marriage oh my god,i put on weight!! now iam trying to reduce my weight...but anyway!! don't try to eat fatty foods to increase weight because it will accumulate in your body and after 35 or so,you will face consequences..you can have clarified butter in your diet..but only a little bit everyday..and coconut helps gain weight..banana will help!! peanuts will help...since iam a vegetarian i don't know about non-veg foods...have a handful of roasted peanuts everyday and have atleast one banana everyday,that helps you to gain weight!! good luck |

| Hi there, I was also thin & lean. To gain weight, try to eat channa ( boiled), full cream milk (2 glasses), baadam, banana ( every day 1) I am sure within one month you can see a difference!

| All I can say is, LUCKY YOU!!! My cardiologist says that my ideal weight is 50kgs and I know there is never ever a way I am going to get to that. As you grow older and attaing mile stones in life, weight will increase gradualy,naturally. Still to add weight, you can eat til in form of powder etc. It is supposed to add weight. To keep the clinical part fit, have you had thyroid and other hormones checked? regards |
