    Hi Friends,

I need to reduce my tummy :(........I have 10 month old baby. After my delivery i didnt tie any belt as Dr. said it is just for support and will not reduce the tummy...so i didnt care for tying the belt though my mother insisted a lot to do that.

i take care of my kid and do all household work..but no exercise. Am feeding my baby...
    Suggest in reducing this tummy...

Did tying belt or cloth helped for anyone in reducing the tummy?

Did you have a c-section or normal delivery? If it is normal, it is not too late now. You can try tying the belt during the day and take it out before sleeping. Try for a day and see that it is not very uncomfortable for you. If you opt not to wear belt, i would suggest you to hold your tummy tight always and not leave it loose. Go for mild walks. You can invest in a stroller for your baby and go for walks. Do not diet as you are still nursing. You cannot diet it does not mean you should eat all high-caloried stuff. Try to avoid fried foods and sweets. Try to join a gym after you stop feeding the baby.

I too lost my weight after two years of my delivery. So do not worry. This is just a phase. You can start walking at home by downloading files from the net.

Go to walk away the pounds sticky thread in this forum and you will get ideas.

    hi killi,
I'm in same boat! But in my 1st delivery i redduced 1 kg per month my hubby was shocked. I was 75 kg after delivery and in 1 yr I was 55 kg which is my normal weight.
But strang is now I have 2nd baby who is 9 mnt old AND still my weight is same as at delivery time.
I'm also breast feeding mom. my both deliveries was c -section :(
so doctor adviced don't go for tummy belt. Now doing exercise by consulting with experts.
I'm very conscious abot fittness. I will advice join weight loss buddies 2012 thread. and do exercise with diet.
tip for tummy - u can use body shaper panties so that stomach looks ferm not shaggy.

    hope it will help

I too had a huge tummy after C section 8 montsh ago. My body as a whole is of thin type but its just this big pouch that takes away my confidence. I am waking daily and doing some abdominal exercises, but not much use. Also i feel tried during the exercise. What would be the problem?

Combination of cardio exercise ( brisk walking, jogging, dancing) and a very good diet ( less in sugar and bad fats)
