We really need a fair amount of motivation and will power to have a workout routine for us housewives. It is really difficult to fit in the workout sessions in our unpredictably changing routines. I, for one, have joined the local gym to keep myself sticking to the routine. But what with the kids' summer vacations, I am again confined to the house. So, I thought of trying out the different videos on the youtube. I browsed through wide variety of the videos, and came up with a few videos which I could do as a routine. I did this routine last summer, when I was not able to go to the gym, and I was able to keep my weight in control. Only trouble was being regular due to the number of trips we make during the vacation time.
What I then did was to shortlist these exercises and put them in my blog, so that it would be accessible from any of my relatives place I visit. And whenever possible, without any hesitation, I carried out my routine.
I would like to share this compiled set with my fellow ILites' so that they can benefit in some way or provide some other suggestions.
