| Wow ! This is an interesting thread. Working out !!! Well...I did a regime of 30 mins cardio and another 15 min of wts 5 days a week and used to also walk for about 30 mins in the morning. I managed to shed about 10 Kgs in about 1 yrs time. Ofcourse I also did a little bit of dieating... Well..all this was before my second pregnancy..I delivered by second daughter this Jan. Since then put on a lot of wt and also could not find time to work out..difficutl handling a 3 + old and also an infant...But now that I got myself a maid...I have started workouts again..but this time..I wanted to reduce fast...so, am now into aerobics. We workout 1 hr 6 days a week. I dont diet now as I am nursing my baby. I just avoid all kind fo sweets and fatty foods. I have now lost about 2 Kgs in 6 weeks. Am pretty satisfied !!! |

| I having started doing Skipping as a form of excercise , i found it quite intersting. It gives a whole body work-out. As well i found it enjoying while doing work-out its essential you enjoy the process i do enjoy it |

| Hi guys, I had gained weight after series of miscarriages and generally i like to walk but never took it serious and now the last few months have been working 25mins on thread mill and 15 mins on the cycle and avoiding carbs,i have lost 4 kgs in 5 months. Am thrilled to life now.From last week have started lion dancing in near by park too... |

| Cool thread Thrice a week i go for a 1.5 to 2 hour, medium intensity walk and two days i try to dance as crazily as possible for atleast 30 mins. It has helped me a lot and i can see a clear increase in my metabolism and ofcourse positive results. |
