GM Diet

    i finished my gm diet but i am sorry SUMA i couldn reply to you as i was very busy for few days now... will join you from 23rd for another round of gm diet...

    as you said i gave almost 10 days break and started again today is 2nd day

    day 1 started with lemon juice+honey+warm water (which i take regularly)

    for breakfast strawberries
    mid day meal cantaloupe
    lunch watermelon
    evening 1 apple & 1 cup of yogurt
    dinner watermelon
    i noticed almost 2.5 lbs diff. for 1st day

    day 2 started with lemon juice+honey+warm water

    b/f 1 big boiled potato and added little bit of oil salt and red chilly powder
    lunch 1 big cucumber planning to have carrots and lettuce for dinner

    i am 163 lbs when i started want to come down to atleast 153 lbs in next one month as i am planning to visit India next month, lets see how far i can reach my goal.

    anybody wants to join me ..

    i finished gm diet yestrerday, and lost 5 pounds:bowdown

    lost 2 pounds on the first day then did not see that much significant loss on the remaining days..cheated a bit on weekend. Over all happy as I lost 5 lbs..

    hi vahee,

    this is shruti. In last october , i worked with u... and i tried gm diet and i lost more then 10 pound in one month.. i was so happy of my result.. because i had wedding that time and i lost successfully. After wedding, i tried to continue... but i coulden't. I felt it's very hard to restart, once u stop. I regain all 10 pounds.

    Now i determined strictly to start from tomorrow morning with krishnama's diet plan. becuase i tried to start with gm diet many time and i was not continued . now i decided to eat little bit with krishnamma's plan . Hope i will success.

    My plan is like:


    1. morning : 1 spoon methi with water
    2. Exercise 1 hr. in gym
    3. Honey & lemon with warm water with little salt
    4. breakfast: Oat meal with warm water
    5. Lunch: 2 roti(without ghee) + 1 bowl vege(without oil&sugar)+1/2 bowl dal
    6. evening breakfast: 1 cucumber or Any fruit or coffee & Merry Biscuits(2) or watermelan juice
    7. Dinner : Watermelan juice , or any mixed fruits

    Hope i will success. Just let me know if anywhere i wrong.Now i want to strictly follow this diet from tomorrow... please push up me...

    NO worries... Normally we tend to put on weight after wedding and even after GM diet if we are not strict ... atleast we should follow some exercise to maintain the weight... any way its good you try to follow a diet...

    1 hr workout in gym sounds very very good... :clap:clap try to stick on this and be talk to your trainer and utilize it properly...

    another plus point is you are following diet along with your workout so loosing weight wont be a diffuclt task for you...eat lot of veggies and fruits... add some sprouts also in your diet... never starve...your diet seems to be good... all the very best in your weight loss journey...:thumbsup

    Thanks for responding ! I am not doing any particular exercise this week just house work. May be tomorrow I wl go for exercise.
