| Hello friends, I'm Kirti here.Shruti how r u?I want to go on same path.How many kg u lost by this way?I want to follow 1/2gm diet & 1/2 amma's diet.4 days gm diet+3 days amma's diet.But i'm confused about quantity in GMdiet.Any body explain me in first 4 days what i have to eat & explain time also.can i take little amount of soup or more?how many times?Can i take 1 cup tea ?Waiting for ur reply........... ![]() |

HI kirti.. here it goes 1st day-- only fruits if u eat only watermelon its best. 2nd day - only veggies u can have steamed potato also 3rd day - veggie and fruits (except banana & potato) 4th day - banana and milk( 600 ml milk 4 banana) soup u can have one cup daily make sure u mae cabbage soup its called wonder soup , coz it helps in reducing the weight. all the best. |

| Hi Shvap, on day 1/ i had a cup of tea without sugar but a dab of skimmed milk two small apples one at 11 and other at 4oclock, then for dinner i had two BIG peaches and drank 3ltrs of warm water sipping whole day. 15 mins on tred mill. day 2/ i had tea for breakfast, one Large bowel of mix veg for lunch, and a small bowel of steamed veg for dinner. 3ltrs of warm water throughout the day. although i felt worn out towards the end of day.30 mins of tredmill. it day 3 today i had tea for breakfast + 6 almonds( i know they were not mentioned but i thought they r dry FRUIT catogary so i closed my eyes on them). i weighed myself this morning and i,ve lost 4.4 lbs i.e 2 kgs. i,m thrilled but i know weight loss will slow down in comming days as i lost quiet alot in 2 days will continue till sunday and will let u all know about my progress.
