| Hi Shruti, Kirti here from Oman & i'm new to this forum & thanks for accepting my friendship request.I'm also Gujrati & from Baroda.I want to lose lots of weight.I already started Krishnaamma's diet plan.Today is 2nd day.What u think gm diet is better or amma's dietis better.i have lots of time .I tried gm diet but in food no passion & again start same life stayle so again put on.Many congrates for ur marriage.I hope & wish best for weight loss success. Shruti u have to take taj powder1 tea spoon & boil in 1/2 glass water & add 1 teaspoon honey.Take this early morning &before going to bed.2 times a dayU can reduce ur weight too fast. Also do kapalbhati pranayam for 20 min a day u can open site www.divyayoga.com & easily down load this pranayam.This pranayam increase metabolism & so great weight reduction u can notice.If u have time u can do twicely.20 min in the morning & 20 min in the evening.it's so simple.U have to pull down inside ur stomach&breath out.1 strock/1 min sit in comfortable asana then do... Every body know Ramdev baba he recommand to eat daliya(brokenwheat+mug dal)khichdifor fat people.I'm taking this instead of rice.O k bye take care. |

I will defenately try tomorrow morning hot water _ 1sppon taj powder+1 spoon honey.(What about Lemon and salt???) 2 time a day... yes, i have a dvd of ramadev maharaja... but i am going to gym for workout... but now i will do extrea 20 minute kapalbhati pranayam... as i used to do ramadev baba's yoga before..but i didn't see any difference. As your question... for gm diet is only for this people who has very strong determination....if u have a cirtain goal and if u will make your mind very strong... then u will defenately do it easily...First day is little hard...but then seconf day - start with potato u willfeel better...u can do it...u can loose weight fast... but if u will not take care after that it will regain also fast... so it's very important to maintain.... But if u have enough time , krishnama's diet plan is very healthy... and we can follow it very easily... if u will loose weight little little slow... so there is possibility of regain weight also slow... so i prefer u to go with krishnamma's diet plan... any way .. thanks for your information... | Thanks for wishing me best vahi..... last week on my 2nd gm diet cycle... i cheat little beat with fruit day... i lost only 2 pound. 2nd day... i cheat littile beat.. and i gain 1 pound. 3rd day also i gain 1 pound... forth day as it is.... then i take 3 days rest with krishnamma's diet plan... and i lost 1 pound. Now since tomorrow...i will start my 3rd cycle... last week i cheated. but this time i want to be very strict... i have one question... that we need to make soup everyday fresh?? because last week i made veg. soup... and still i have left it for this week also... so i need to make fresh ... or i can use this previous veg. soup?? i am taking 1/2 spoon methi in the mornig. Then i am taking 1/4 spoon taj powder with warm water and 1/2 tea spoon honey. it was so bad... so i am adding little bit salt & lemon juice... now it is drinkable.. then i am going to gym for one hour... and now i started ramdevji's yoga -- 15 minute every day... i am taking herbal green tea once a day... If u want to give me more suggetion... please do it... because u know i trust u... and this week i want to loose more weight.... thanks vahi... |

| Hi Shruti, U DOING GOOD JOB.iF U DON'T LIKE TAJ POWDER MELTED IN HOT WATER THEN MIX TAJ POWDER IN HONEY & TAKE IT THEN DRINK HOT WATER.IT INCREASE METABOLISM & REMOVE ALL FAT PARTICLES FROM THE FOOD & BODY.iT'S MOST EFFECTIVE METHOD FOR MOST OBESE PERSON ALSO.dON'T TAKE SALT WITH WATER. U HAVE TO CUT SALT I UR DINNER SALT.DUE TO SALT UR BODY'LLGAIN MORE WATER THEN U NEED & MORE WEIGHT'LL APPEAR ON THE SCALE.I'M ALSO THINKING TO GO UR WAY.SHRUTI HOW MANY KG U LOST? OK BYE TAKE CARE |
