hi Sapna,
It is good to hear from u again.My advice is for good functioning of heart do atleast 30 mins daily if time permits 45 mins to 60 mins of any workouts is good for heart.If u need any information logon to:

Good job.Wishing u all luck in whtever u r doing.

Planning to start my weight loss plan from tommorrow.Came across this thread & incidentally,the 1st batch of weight loss in this thread also started on Nov1,2007.

Anyone joining in??????????????

Actually lacking motivation.Recently lost a dear one,so still tryng to pull myself up

Abt me :

Height - 4.11
Weight - 70kgs
Ideal weight - 50kgs,i guess (nt sure though)
Weight loss aimed - 20kgs

Want to give myself a week & thn dcd hw much to plan for a month.

Hi Shilpa,

i totally agree with you but i was just commenting, as you said if you are over weight you need to do one hour work out, well that is true, but also they need to work at their own pace an over weight person should not start with fast brisk walking on the treadmill, they should start with a speed of 2 then gradually increase to 3.
As you mentioned you had to shed 5kg, so you stuck to a diet and you lost the weight in 3 months, but are you maintaining the weight. I have come across a lot of people in the gym that they loosewieght fast within 2 months and after a few months i see that they have put on more weight, i would only say that reduce weight in a slow rate, like per month lose a kilo, even my trainer says that. i am sorry if i have offended you it was not meant that way but i just wanted to reason out.

Its good to knw tht though u lost 20 kgs,but u managed to increase ur height by an inch...........

hi all, nice diet plans besides that i play tennis with guys running for 1 corner to another for the past 2 months but my after delivery paunch has not reduces an inch even. please any suggestions advice etc
