For B.fast i take poha,uppma,n sometimes bread mainly wheat and sometimes fruits.

actually in working out i hv become lazy now a days but i usually go for an hour to gym..i must and will start going back to gym or walking daily...

staying here alone like without any frnds hv made me very lazy n not at all caring my self so i just want comeout of that n live a healthier lyf and be happy ...my husbands scolds daily do something start some activity...become thin..so i just need some company and steps to achieve my goal ...m happy at least through online i hv some of frnds who are sailing in the same boat...

Hi Sapna,
Eating bread for breakfast is not good.U can eat cereals /dosa without oil/idli .Have a fresh fruit after bf.Maggi is also not good because it contains maida.Make upma mixing all vegetables that u use for vegetable pulav.No need to stick on to diet.
Eat breakfast ,lunch and dinner without fail.Reduce oil content in ur diet .Add 2 tsps of oil for ur preperation of curries and dals.Use green leafy vegetables in ur food in every alternative days.
After meal drink hot water1 glass.
At 3 eat again 1 fruit .
At 4 or 5 drink masala chai.
Masala chai preperation:
Take one cup of water in a vessel.
To this add ginger pieces,coarsely powdered pepper,cloves-1,cinamon-1 inch,elaichi-3,Dhainiya powder 2 pinches and finally tea powder.Bring them to boil.
Add sufficient amount of milk and sugar to it .
I am stressing to take more fruits.U can prepare vegetable pulav once in a week or any rice item for lunch just for a change and prepare rita with carrot ,cucumber,tomato.These vegetables r good for health.In between the intervals of breakfast and lunch u need to take one fruit and in between lunch and dinner u need to take one fruit.
