Hi friends,
Would love to join this group.

My eating pattern yesterday:
8.00 AM - 1 bowl poha
12.30 PM - 1 veg grilled sandwich(without cheese)
4 PM - 1 cup tea
8 PM - half a bowl Maggi Atta Noodles
8.30 PM- 1 Apple

Water Intake - 2 L
No exercise

appreciate your reply...........b in touch ur encouragement vill b a help. i started doing walk daily for 40mins.....i vill try not eating oily food and i stop eating rice too...
do u do any exercise daily. i dnt knw if i can or not............but i lov to dear......i want to show my hubby n siblings i can b what i was bf pregancy.... i really smetimes feel depresed.....

Hi tanu,
Can u tell me how much weight u have to shed.I will write my workouts .In the morning i do surya namaskarams (12 count) and yoggic jogging(for half an hour).In the evening i do pranayam.I don't go to any gym or walking too.If i know ur extra weight then i can tell u what r the workout u need to do daily.

Dear tanu,
U r welcome i think u can shed your weight easily. Continue brisk walking daily without fail.If u have periods stop doing it for 3 days after that u can continue. During periods u can do anulom vilom pranayam instead of leaving ur body without exercise.Its simple and easy.U know the diet changes u need to change.Apart from walking u can do surya namaskaram join in group of:
Everyday Surya namaskrams.
U will get motivation.They help alot to ur body.U can know its importance in the above thread.First day start your count from 3 next day increase it to 4 -6 -8-10-12 and so on..........Minimum is u need to do 12 count daily.
During periods don't do surya namaskarams and walking.If u any questions i will help u out.

Before doing any exercise drink 1 glass of hot water .
Remember one thing u need do your daily exercise for 1 hour atleast without fail.I think for 40 mins u can do walking and remaining 20 mins u can do surya namaskarams.Say "NO" to sweets until u loose ur targeted weight after that u can continue the exercise plan and eat little quantity of sweets.Exercise daily .U can achive ur target with in 3-4 months.

Hi Gals,

Even i want to join ur group and need help n support in reducing weight..i am 5.5 height and weigh about 159 pounds and need to reduce weight at most 10-15 kgs so plx even guide me so that i can stay fit n loose permanently :)

I m from south india n eat non veg even some times a month..n very found of tea, not a eater of any sweets like i do not crave for them ...

plz give me suggestions...

Hai Sapna,
tell me ur daily routine like ur diet plan and daily workouts.You can prepare masala chai instead any other because masala chai helps to reduce ur weight.Take 2 cups of tea daily.Overtaking of anything will cause damge.Instead of having tea number of times u can eat vegetable/fruit salad.Eat raw carrot /tomato/kheera cucumber/any fruit except banana.Eat very less quantity of non-veg items i.e 4 pieces in a meal .If u have a challenge then its better to avoid non -veg.
proper diet plan with fruits & vegetables,water(atleast 2-3 litres daily) ,sufficient hours of sleep(as per ur age) and finally workouts(for 1 hour) keeps u fit & healthy.

Hi Shilpa...

Firstly thank u very much for ur reply and support !

For B.fast i take poha,uppma,n sometimes bread mainly wheat and sometimes fruits.

For lunch chapathi, rice or maggi...

For dinner we mostly take chapathi...rice i m not used to much like sometime i eat not daily...

actually in working out i hv become lazy now a days but i usually go for an hour to gym..i must and will start going back to gym or walking daily...

my main problm is i can not stick to diet i will do but will crave in the evning n end up eating them..i seriously want to stop this...i want to diet but tell me something like and from indian style...i take tea once a day only sometimes 2 times n with marie biscuit ....

staying here alone like without any frnds hv made me very lazy n not at all caring my self so i just want comeout of that n live a healthier lyf and be happy ...my husbands scolds daily do something start some activity...become thin..so i just need some company and steps to achieve my goal ...m happy at least through online i hv some of frnds who are sailing in the same boat...

thanks in advance for evrything shilpa..plz do giv me tips :)

Hi Sapna,
Eating bread for breakfast is not good.U can eat cereals /dosa without oil/idli .Have a fresh fruit after bf.Maggi is also not good because it contains maida.Make upma mixing all vegetables that u use for vegetable pulav.No need to stick on to diet.
Eat breakfast ,lunch and dinner without fail.Reduce oil content in ur diet .Add 2 tsps of oil for ur preperation of curries and dals.Use green leafy vegetables in ur food in every alternative days.
After meal drink hot water1 glass.
At 3 eat again 1 fruit .
At 4 or 5 drink masala chai.
Masala chai preperation:
Take one cup of water in a vessel.
To this add ginger pieces,coarsely powdered pepper,cloves-1,cinamon-1 inch,elaichi-3,Dhainiya powder 2 pinches and finally tea powder.Bring them to boil.
Add sufficient amount of milk and sugar to it .

I am stressing to take more fruits.U can prepare vegetable pulav once in a week or any rice item for lunch just for a change and prepare rita with carrot ,cucumber,tomato.These vegetables r good for health.In between the intervals of breakfast and lunch u need to take one fruit and in between lunch and dinner u need to take one fruit.
If u still have doubts ,I will help u out.

yep will follow ur instructions and will update with all my activites asap.
shall i take chapati i will make them at home for b.fast...
i hv to reduce anyhow so will strictly follow ur terms :) i hv 3 months.

if u have anything in particular food items whc can reduce plz let me know.

and u know i can not eat oatmeal at all as soon as i put that in my mouth i just vomit off :( . So do u hv anything else recipes with oats.
