Wow ,good your so motivated ,I do have some few tips ,I has consulted a renowned dietician ,she too awesome ,
so will give her diet chart also ,it may help lot of us
Drink 1litre of water in the morning
Breakfast : Have 2 idlis,or 2 loafs of whet bread and skimmed milk 250ml ,this is a must u need 2 have milk.
Avoid rice,rava,avalakii,pasta,noodles,carrots ,and beetroots
Drink totally 3 lts of water in a day and exercise for 1 hr and diet

2 to 3 phulka chapathi ,1 cup (Use a measuring cup available in stores ) dhal or any sprouts sabji,half a cup curd,half a cup vegetables and cucumber and tomotoes (MUST eat cucumber and tomotoe )
Evening:250 ml skimmed milk ,u can coffe or tea and 2 loafs of wheat bread
drink water
11 have one apple or pineapple .
dinner
have 2 phulka chapathis and 1 cup sabji and salad again
Then do write what u eat in a paper like mon to sunday ,do this sincerely ,every week u will lose atalest 500 gms.
drink water ,diet and exercise ,its just too good a diet .
