hi, i also want to join your team, i am male but i think i can help you in dieting plan because when i started my dieting, my weight is 84.3 kg with waist 42 inches and now in 45 days my weight is 76 kg with waist 39 inches.
i took daily calories between 1300 to 1600 calories

This diet plan is recommend by health Dr. not took personally
I took almost 60 to 70 gm of protien in this diet but fat only 10 to 15 gm
if you feel this is right then please tell me
my target weight is between 70 to 72 kg
i want to loose half kg on weekly basis
and after reaches target weight i have to took 1800 to 2200 calories daily but in this i have to took low fat with hight protien and fiber ratio
