I am back again
I am continuing my YOGA classes 1 hour in the park.
Bharatiya YOGA Samsthan members wil teach FREE YOGA in all the parks morning one hour from 5.30 am to 6.30 am
They wil teach 45 minutes Aasanams n 15 minutes Breathing exercises.
Aasanams wil help physically and Breathing exercises wil help mentally.
my goal to reach 50 since my height is 4.9". I started when I was having 60 kgs. Gradually my wt is shedding.........down. Now I am 53 kgs only 3 kgs to go........
As usual I have one meal daily. Morning light breakfast with tea.
Ofcourse early moring before going to YOGA I hv honey with leamon in warm water one full glass. Evening also light tiffin and available fruits except banana.
I am not having much hungry also during night time.
Everyone is saying that I became thin n complementing.
I do all household work normally.
Last one month I hv servantmaid problem, that also i cud manage.
I want to share my exp with u all
