Daily diary means...........yr food intake details plus exercise, walking etc etc what u r following daily to reduce wt. loss.
Morning walk/exercise ....time
Breakfast
Lunch
Evening snacks
night dinner
in between fruits/juice etc etc
In one word yr diary for a day n if u r interested can continue every day.
