actually i stopped my yoga 6yrs ago due to a major fracture in my knees n anckle....
but i use to have a brisk walk regularly for 1n1/2 hrs.
after sugar less tea at 6.30am.
brkfast: jus a glass of juice vidout sugar, small cup of sprouts,
lunch : rice ...jus a little mre than d cup of sprouts...
dinner..: 3 chappathis, little rasam
thts it..
nw cos of tht i reduced from 65 to 60 kgs
jus my arms, belly, tighs got enlarged...as a result i cant wear saree...
pls help me...
