Continuation to the previous post.....

Today i had some outside work and couldn't prepare lunch and we ate out and i couldn't make the right choice.Now this made me to make up my mind and thinking of packing something healthy in such situations.

The bad thing i do is that if i eat junk, the whole day's diet will be filled up with junk and also if i design a diet plan and if i slightly overeat also i loose motivation and will be back thinking that i didn't do well and this makes me eat some more( I also need to stop this).

Now i decided to follow my diet strictly and want to watch my portions.I don't want to slip out this time as i need to loose weight.

I am starting from today(14 march ) and I will update my routine everyday from now onwards....

I will post my diet and exercise routine everyday after I did it successfully.

Aabhi, Please Join with me so that we can see a change in our ticker charts.

Hi Aabhi n all,

I ve started with enthusiasm. lets see if it continues. my update for the day

breakfast: skipped
lunch 1 bowl of rice salad n cabbage koottu
snack: sorry i cudnt control ate some peanutss with 2 marie biscs
dinner: 2 parathas
post dinner one apple

exercise 30 mins walk n 30 mins floor exercises

Hi,
DUring your diet.. you should never skip breakfast.
Instead have a heavy breakfast and reduce quantity from lunch & dinner.
That's the thumb rule for weight loss diet.

But don's miss BF. U shd not be more time with time gas wil form in empty stomach. So Hv little qty.

Today's diet :

breakfast : 2 slices of wheat bread(40 cals each)
1 egg
1 banana
Lunch : 2 cups rice with vegetables and curd
snack : 1 orange
Dinner : 1 cup rice with curry
night : 1 bowl of salad

exercise : 20 min treadmill
20 min elliptical
20 min cycle

hi aabhi...
thanx a lot for yr rpy...

actually i stopped my yoga 6yrs ago due to a major fracture in my knees n anckle....
but i use to have a brisk walk regularly for 1n1/2 hrs.
after sugar less tea at 6.30am.
brkfast: jus a glass of juice vidout sugar, small cup of sprouts,
lunch : rice ...jus a little mre than d cup of sprouts...
dinner..: 3 chappathis, little rasam
thts it..
nw cos of tht i reduced from 65 to 60 kgs
jus my arms, belly, tighs got enlarged...as a result i cant wear saree...
pls help me...

Hi charu,

Very good that you've started and thanks for putting up your updates here. Beleive me, it motivates a lot. The thinking of reporting here helps a lot, atleast for me.

Just try to modify a bit on the BF as Puni & lakshmi mentioned. Lunch & dinner is fine, but substitute parata with oiless roties. Exercise part is perfect. Good job. Keep moving.

Hi ashu,

Vow...... you've redcued from 65 to 60 kgs........brilliant. Your diet & exercise looks great, Iam glad that you are following it continuously. Floor exercise is very helpful for arms & belly. Just search for the hand exercise in our forums, I think long back sunkan mam has given very good tips about hand reduction. Belly, just simple sit-up's will do. I know it's very easy to say, but very very hard to follow. I am sure you can do it ashu.... come on. Let's all do it together.
