Hope you had great fun celebrating the same. Good you are back on the normal routine diet. Time is a biggest factor here, you travel 3 hours in a day

. That's a lot of time. With this, how can you pull out some time for exercise. Too hard. I did not mean to demotivate you, but it's the fact I guess. Yeah dear, just be strict with the diet part. I know how it feels like, after the long journey and office hours when you reach home. ALL THE BEST and Iam sure you will do it. Take care dear.

I think I cannot manage doing additional exercise. I wake up early in the morning and catch a bus (5mins walk or running sometimes) and climb stairs at the train station and get down in NY, and walk for 6-7minutes to catch my subway again. And the same in the evning, 3hrs of time goes into my journey, so that's my exercise for the day. I should be really very strict on my diet.
And one more thing I want to control is the amount of sugar, I use almost 4tbspoons of sugar daily, morning in milk and evening in coffee/T. I should minimise it.
