As you said, for sure we all are going to reach our goal and look fit & beautiful. And guess what our Weight loss team would do after that........................................ ........party.....party....party... but party without food bonk


I want each and every one of us to reach our desired body weight and look gorgeous . Still a longgggggggggggggggggggggg way to go. Bye for now.

Hi Aabhi,

Thanks for your support dear! This Sunday it was my birthday so my hubby to all of us to a restaurant where I ate fully. And Sunday night I made Pav bhaji and could manage to eat only one. Yesterday the diet was normal and today also I hope it would be normal, for breakfast I had just 2 bread slices with a very little light butter spread.

I think I cannot manage doing additional exercise. I wake up early in the morning and catch a bus (5mins walk or running sometimes) and climb stairs at the train station and get down in NY, and walk for 6-7minutes to catch my subway again. And the same in the evning, 3hrs of time goes into my journey, so that's my exercise for the day. I should be really very strict on my diet.

And one more thing I want to control is the amount of sugar, I use almost 4tbspoons of sugar daily, morning in milk and evening in coffee/T. I should minimise it.

Hope all are doing good on their diet n exercise...Good Luck.

Hello ridgemma,

This is reg The GM diet u mention and congrats .

i am very glad that u lost weight with that diet.

i am a pure Veggie. Is there an alternative for the beef/chicken .....mutton..........

i u/stand its iron and proteins..............possibly i can alter it with Moong ( green) ......but i wish to know from you/someone who know better......so that i get the max out of the diet.............

Hi all,

After all my wonderful resolutions...I overate at lunch today .

But I was meeting this friend of mine after nearly 20 years and she had taken great pains to cook up this special meal (it was her birthday too) for me. So I indulged while catching up on each others life. It was great fun.

But I'm happy to report that I did manage to go for a 45 minute brisk walk later in the evening, and I had a light dinner too.

I start my exercising tomorrow.......

Hi all,
Sorry for the late update.The diet went well for first 4 days but had guests for diwali and the whole weekend i did not follow any diet, i'm feeling so guilty for that.But from today it came to normal routine.I reduced my rice intake in the afternoon and I'm feeling hungry at around 3PM so i'm taking one fruit at that time.Is that ok?What you all doing when you feel hungry in between meals?

Hi all!

I could balance the lacking exercise part today. I am so glad I made it- was at the gym for nearly 1.5 hrs and did 40 min of walking, 20 min crosstraining and the remaining 30 min cycling and in steam bath. I feel so great now and very energised too. Also the portion control has been going great.

Hope this motivates the others in the group.

I would like to join .I am 5.2inch n 65kgs.I want to lose another 6 to 7 kgs.I am finding it very diffcult as i am too very fond of eating all the junk food.

Hope you had great fun celebrating the same. Good you are back on the normal routine diet. Time is a biggest factor here, you travel 3 hours in a day . That's a lot of time. With this, how can you pull out some time for exercise. Too hard. I did not mean to demotivate you, but it's the fact I guess. Yeah dear, just be strict with the diet part. I know how it feels like, after the long journey and office hours when you reach home. ALL THE BEST and Iam sure you will do it. Take care dear.
