Just chill. I think most of our members have the same problem... that is couldn't follow the 100% diet & exercise. Come on......... we are all very busy with our life style and it's normal to miss out things. But that is what is stopping us to reach our goal. I too have the same problem. You may have noted this by now in our WL replies itself.
I think the only way to get rid of this is to be VERY VERY strict in our DIET & EXERCISE. I know it's easy to say but very hard to follow. But Iam trying. we need to do it. Let us know, how is it going with you sandhya. Quote:

Aabhi, thanks for your suggestions, I'll try to follow them. But yesterday night I ate puri with chole, same today for lunch. My in-laws are here and I make something special in weekdays or weekends and I feel shy to say that I'm on diet and cannot eat all this stuff and I could not resist myself from eating those mouthwatering puris.
May be I should do some meditation also to get some good determination on what I'm doing

Glad to see your replies. My god.....Iam stunned with your exercise efforts. Playing shuttlecock and 2 hours in gym.......... great yaar   . I mean I can't even think about it. How did you get the stamina to play shuttlecock, I cannot I become to breathless. I wish some day I would be slim enough to play proper shuttlecock. Really great  . Only problem is (as you always say) our TONGUE (naakku). It is the culprit...... which is making all of us like baloons, making us to struggle like this.

Plan for One day without salt, oneday without oil,one day without rice,oneday raw food,..............
