Challenge with my husband to reduce tummy

    Hai friends,

    Yesterday my husband bought a new jeans for him. Even though I am amused to see him wearing jeans, (he doesn't like it most, he is wearing just to make me happy), I started to tickle him. I started saying I am asking for a legging for past four months. But you bought jeans for you. How selfish you are? For me you don't have money and so on. He said you have a big tummy and leggings won't suit you. He teased me and I teased him. Finally we ended in a bet that who is reducing their tummy first in a month time.:hide:

    We measure his tummy sixe is 35 inch and mine is 34 inch. Our due date is Nov 1st. If I reduce my tummy level than him, he assured me that he will buy a legging for me for my birthday (nov 3rd) or else I should gift him another jeans.

    He has started going for walk. I have no idea what to do? I know little yogas. But I am a job goer and I don't have time to do yogas. Any how I will start to do yoga this weak. Can anyone suggest me healthy diet plan. Because I am taking tablets for depression which makes me hunger all time.

    Please friends encourage me and suggest me any ideas.

    Some tips include:
    - Have a light dinner early around 7
    -Get atleast 45mins of cardio exercises
    - Drink 2-3L of water
    - Eat lots of fiber (fruits/veg)

    Thanks PR. Usually I am a workholic person and I forget to drink water in my office hours. I will be lost in my work and thats why I often get urinary infection. But from this morning on wards I have scheduled alarm for each 45 minutes to drink water.

    From tommorrow I am planning to carry fruits with me so that i could have something when I feel hungry.

    Hi Priya,

    Nice bet.. Good that you are gonna carry fruits for snacks.

    A few tips from my side:

    You can have your dinner light.. Have soup/fruits/liquid items
    If you are having fruits, either have it one hour before your meal or after your meal.
    Try to avoid junk food and replace it with nuts/veggies/salads/sprouts/fruits
    Reduce the intake of white (sugar, salt, rice, maida)

    Also workout.. try to do a minimum of 30 mins cardio.

    This way you can definitely reduce your tummy size.

    I'll measure my tummy size and join with you.. Hope my DH buys me a salwar.. :)
