Diet for dinner..

    Hi Friends..
    Me and my DH are in diet n doing exercise.. Morning - oats or cereals. Lunch - Small amount of rice sambar n porial..
    Morning and lunch no issues But dont know what to eat at night..
    Vegetables? Boiled or Raw?
    OR
    Fruits?? Apple? Water millon??
    OR
    Both combine???
    EG ; 1 p water millon,1 apple, Carrot, beet root??
    No problem in having veg' and fruits together???

    Dear SSSmagic,
    for dinner you can soup then have one or 2 chappatis with any subzi and make sure you add protien to your diet. have any food you like apart from fried food in small portions like you can make baked dishes, have stir fried veggies stir fry in less oil eat everything but in small portions have soup first so it fills you up then have a meal.

    Have your fruits an hour before or after dinner or when you come home as a snack, water melon is really good have it as snack when you come home at night have an apple remember fruit have it an hour before or an hour after a meal.
    have fruits through out the day as a snack not as a meal

    Hi...
    Have fruits and then eat 2 chappathis and any veg sidedish or dal... You can mix some oats with wheat flour and prepare chappathi..
