Healthy Eating WLC : June20 - July 31

    Hi fitness pals,

    Our Summer WLC has ended and we all have seen good response. Some of us lost weight while some of us tried to get into healthy eating and regular exercise routine. Many of us wanted to have another WLC, so please take a deep breath, relax and restart from 20th of this month. This time im stretching it to 1.5 months.

    I have mentioned the thread title as Healthy eating bcos oflate, im seeing some threads in the forum where people are trying to lose weight through supplments, GM diet or by fad diets. Let me tell you once again, there is no short cut to weight loss. Please please adopt healthy lifestyle and you will reap long term benefits. Healthy lifestyle will never result in any side effects (i mean bad ones)

    So, fitness buddies, pitch in and get started. As usual, before starting, come up with your excellent tips n tricks or pointers to others. Many of them are looking for those tips.

    Hi friends,

    Im want to drink more water in this WLC. Drinking water is what i forget in my daily routine...so i want to bring about the change this time.

    MIne is not to eat outside...I go crazy for that... cant stop completely but will reduce it.

    I am in too.

    1)I need to drink more water (especially on weekends/evenings) and avoid any junk food around 6PM.

    2)Increase sprouts eating for breakfast

    1. i would restrict myself from weekend overeating...(esp in get togethers)
    2. would have 12 glasses of water during weekend as well..
    3. maintain healthy eating....
