    Yet to read your article which you suggested....thanks geeta...without myknowledge i started changed alot after this thread...i wonder at me...I started looking into things when i buy at shop these days....same way on sweets too.

    Two changes is really what i amazed at myself...is it me? I started strength training just 2 days a week at gym...i started loving it alot...

    Read Labels, Lose Weight

    Most foods now have labels.
    READ THEM!

    Couple of tips

    1. Check fat content

    Remember, if you're trying to lose weight,
    your total daily fat allowance
    should be 30-35 grams.
    Of which, a maximum of 10 grams
    may be saturated fat.

    2. Check sugar content

    Sugar isn't just called sugar.
    It has other names, too.
    Check for: sugar, syrup, glucose, fructose.
    Choose the lower-sugar brands.

    When YOU know all about food labels,
    teach your kids!

    Hello gals,

    My week 6 score is only 16 miles :cry: but I have lost 1/2 KG this week :)

    I started my Week 7 . I did my 3 miles today morning . my target for this week is 35 . 5 miles everyday. Let me see how it goes . I am now 64 . I bought top which is slightly tight. and has set my target that when I reach 63 I will wear it. I am kinda of waiting for it .

    Geeta16 :bowdown to you for 40 miles .

    melon great progress, congrats on your weight loss keep walking

    zingy you stairs climbing is working, its good to know you lost weight too keep walking to fit in your new kurta..
    regarding the tips and important informations which you and hridaya has collected, i suggest you girls to open a blog and give a link your signature... if its a thread it will dissappear in no time if we dont keep it active , to keep it active we have to keep on posting and again all the informations will get in some pages which is not worth all your pains you both did to track... so my suggestion is blog...

    usha what kind of strength training you do... what way you feel good... will be helpfu if you could explain more on this...

    GeetaD how are you, article from RD was quite interesting, i wish i follow strict discipline in my eating habits...trying atleast not to eat outside, i read your blog regarding this very impressive...

    friends my walking for this week has started... i have completed JM ripped so i get 30 more mins for walking... aiming to do atleast 10 miles each day... Just finished 5 miles slim down before eveing will do another 5 miles and update...

    geeta congrats on holding the crown for this week you are gret inspiration for me especially when ever i see the spread sheet i keep that 42 miles in my mind...

    thanks to everyone for this great motivation...
