Default plumpy shoulders

hai,
the area behind under my shoulders is very plumpy and buldgy.....it looks very odd when i wear tops or shirts....is there any exercise to redude the plump...

Hi dear,

the best to reduce that is by doing aerobics and gym training, if you will do aeorbics you will be exercising your entire body and your shoulders too and in 3weeks time you will see the result.
Or go to the gym talk to an instructor there and tell him what you really want and they will help you.

Workouts for shoulders and back. As Alpa suggested go to the gym.
Once your at the gym why not do work outs for your whole body?

I have the same problem, my fitness instructor told me i need to lose overall weight to have effect on this area as well. Trying to do that... Will let u know how much i lose before it shows some effect particularly on this area.

Hi friends

Please pour in your inputs regarding reducing fat from the arms..It is observed that fat normally accumalates in these areas ie. arms, chins, belly..

Please advise...

Do weight trainings and squats,situps atleast 4-5 times a week for 30 mins...
Do a brisk walk and drink 3-4 lts of water dialy
