    Hi Friends
    Am in TTC.. Am having PCOS.. so i need to reduce wg.. Shall i use Orbitrek Elite?
    This work out may not affect my conceive?
    I cont go out for walking then wat type of home work out ll reduce my weight? Need to loss 10 kg as soon as possible in healthy way...
    My hubby is having more wg..Did it effective even in more wg?

    Its a kind of cross trainer,a kind of low impact excercise.

    Hi sssmagic,

    I think its better to go for brisk walk daily for atleast 45 mins daily and be strict on diet to reduce weight since you are ttc.Diet means introduce a low carb diet.Always have food on time.Have fruits inbetween the meals etc.You can join weightloss buddy thread if you want to go for diet.I am also having pcos but no plans to conceive now just reducing my weight.So using orbitrek elite and on low carb diet(not a strict one).

    Wg- its weight..
    Orbitrek Elite- Its a tele shopping product used to reduce weight..
    We can do exercise in it.. its a kind of cycling..

    Oh, like elliptical? Elliptical should be fine while ttc.

    i have seen ur thread.. Have you bought Orbitrek Elite?
    How is it?Is it easy to work in it?
    Thanks for ur rpl.. I cont go out for a walk.. In my area lot of dogs am scared about dogs.. And another tk is here its not safe to go out early in morning.. Afraid of thief too lost month too i've heard some 1 cut the chain from a lady in morning......
    So only i asked some home exercise...

    I bought it.Its nice to work on it.But i got severe muscle pain today.I am burning 300 calories daily in that.150 in the moring and 150 in the evening.

    You are in TTC and you are having PCOS so you should take care while doing hard excercises since PCOS causes miscarriage also(Not telling this for scaring you but a word of caution).Contact a Gynec and decide on that please.

    If you are afraid of walking outside,get a treadmill mixed with elliptical trainer.You can walk on treadmill as of now and later on if you need you can use the elliptical trainer also_Orbitrek costs around 15k and treadmill with elliptical trainer costs around 21k.Better you can choose that.Just a suggestion you can decide on that.

    I think orbitrek is a great one to start with. I have one and its quite effective providedf we do it regularly .
