| where to get rest in our tight schedules of work and work? everywhere......at workplace,at home we allare busy and tense. it's better that taking three or four deep breaths frequently or at regular intervals will reduce our fatigue and will make us more energetic |

| Yes dear sumi That we always seems busy with the requirments of life but in that we forgot our basic tool for this that is our body. 5 mts here & 5 mts there we can do it. Even in office sitting on chair we can just have 10 deep breathings followed by 2 mts closing of our eyes & mind to whatever wer doing & it will be a refreshing feeling. jaishree |
