Oats recipies for weight loss

    I heard Oats is used for reducingweight .. Please post few oats recipies so that it would be helpful..

    you can also add oats to wheat flour to make roti.if you are just wonna add oats powder,add 4 tbspn with wheat flour .or you can also try with 1/4 cup of oats powder and 1/4 cup of oats bran with wheat flour to make roti.

    I make steel cut oats for breakfast & We love it.
    So I take 1 cut of Steel cut oats, dry roast them fr 2 min or so. Add 3 cups of water & let it simmer on slow till they are 3/4th done. then I add chopped up almonds, brown sugar to taste, Illaychi powder, cinnamon pwd & raisins and 1 cup milk. Again let it simmer on slow for till fully done. If you like it more liquidy add more water or milk.
    They keep well in fridge for 4-5 days. We take about 1/4 of this and add more milk to it when eating.
