Everyday pranaym for healthy & happy life

    Hi friends Kirti here.I'm posting this thread for every one & good pupose not only for weight loss but live healthy & happily.Please try 30 to 40 min every day & really enjoy ur life.If u don't have time try pranayam in the morning try in the evening but u have to create 4 to 5 hrs gap after food & in the morning empty stomach.After trying regularly see how life changing.There is lots of evidence.By trying diet & pranayam only people can live now cancer free life,HIV free life .So come here & join me in everyday pranayam.

    u r right kirti,pranyam is the best thing for our body.
    whole day i am busy with kids,household work and walks ,yoga..etc,etc......whole day work,no rest is making me whole day tiredand sluggish, specially after every meal i was feeling very low and sluggish.....i didnt go for yoga 2 weeks and walks too.and started pranayam for 1/2 hr, i saw amazing results.
    feeling of tiredness has gone. the day i do pranayams i am absolutely fine.i do in after noon before taking lunch and 4 hrs after breakfast.

    Welcome to my thread.I 'm also doing regularly pranayam for 30 min& feel very well but still not able to reach kapal bhati 30min(only 15 min because after so many days i'm doing).Thanks.
