To reduce very big tummy everyday tummy exerciese necessary?

    Dear friends,
    I like mainly walking exerciese.Now a day I'm doing daily tummy exerciese for 15 min.Is it ok?I want to do more to beat my belly fat Because I'have pot belly & I want to reduce it.Some of my friend told me u have to do only 3 to 4times/week this exerciese.Please tell me what I have to do?Thanks.

    yes do the tummy exercises everyday and also walking is good do it everyday, yes do tummy exercises everyday it will help you.

    tummy exercises will help you only to tighten your muscles. To loose belly fact do try out jogging and some aerobics, also continue to do your exercises.

    Yes...doing tummy exercises daily will give good results...
    also add surya namaskaras to it...
    u shd continue even if ur tummy is reduced...
    and drink lots of water...this will also helps

    100% correct.
    First try to reduce the extra fat and then tighten the loose muscles.
    Also, first do the aerobics for atleast 25-30 mins and then do tummy exercises.
    Always quality is important than quantity. Having said this, do the tummy exercise correctly & effectively than doing it for hours together.

    You need to maintain heathly diet to reduce your tummy too.
    No rice in the night time would really help.
