about coimbature

hi friends

In a month or so my husband is getting tranferred to coimbature from bangalore can anyone tell me about this city, cost of living ,climate etc

The city is good enough.. Not too populated.. Warm and can get extremely hot on few months. Cost of living is not expensive at all.. My mommy belongs to that city and my uncle still lives there with aunt. So, I have been regularly visitng coimbatore since childhood.. You could also post this message in Coimbatore Forum under Tamil Nadu for more minor details..

Hi Revav,

Don't worry yar..only in summer u will feel hot, otherwise the city is fine for enjoying the climate..because i was there for 3 years before and my aunt also still lives there..we often visit coimatore..and i think u heard about the siruvani water..very very tasty..if u start drinking that u won't like any..

and coming to the city, its a very small one..so it is very comfortable for moving from one place to another, nor like bangalore..and u will get good education for children, easy shopping, cinemas,etc.,the cost of living is very less than compared to blg...overall its a beautifull place to live a peacefull life..enjoy!..
