vaddanam with changeable design plates??

hi friends,
my husband recently saw a vaddanam at some party which has base is same but the design plates can be changed.. i didn't see it. but willing to make one for my daughter. if any one has idea or design about it please do share...

I remember seeing an ad on TV not sure whether its from lalitha or GRT.. The waist belt can be converted to a long chain, necklace etc.. it said one piece of jewelery can be used in 3 or 4 ways..
