Lacquer Jewellery is made from Lacquer ( known as 'Arakku' in tamil- used for sealing ).
Lacquer is obtained from the sap of Lacquer tree .

Natural lacquer has been admired and had been made into beautiful jewellery.

Rajasthani Lacquer jewellery is famous for the delicate designs.

Chinese and Japanese also have their own lacquer jewellery.
