nose stud screw style

if you wearing screw style which has screw inside the nose. i want to know whether the screw comes out and goes inside when you speak or laugh but i saw some one wearing the same the screw inside the nose is not visible,why is it so ? which is comfortable and which will look good. i want to know more about screw stye nose stud? how to wear it easily and change it during dressing and in some public places?

or it is fassion now the inside screw will be seen outside?

Dear Anupama,
I saw the same post as a query in Ammas.com too. I have answered there and so have many. Infact it is visible if you have a raised nose or if you have a stem that is quite long. Also your nose would have been pierced low and this is also another reason that it is visible. It is better not to change your nose stud in public places for you might loose the screw. Even when doing it at home, sit comfortably and have a towel on your lap and then unscrew it and change it.
