    Hi ILites
    Seeing exquisite collection of jewels displyed here by many of you I also drawn towards jewellery making.
    I espeacially like bead jewellery.
    My interest started after viewing Sudha's beading technic thread of Crafts & Crochet forum.
    First I tried with unwanted beads & then started making with crystals.
    Have a look.

    Hi Chitra, I just had a detailed look after a week's break.
    You have created so many....toran was very creative and now these pendants/flowers that can be either fixed on a chain or on a dress front.
    Hats off for putting the instructions to use !!!

    Superb work!!! hats off for patience n nice creativity. very nice bead work(jwellery,keychains, hangings), the highlighted bead works on the god's picture is awesome.
    Even ur glass painting,crossstich work n thread work is excellent. Specially i loved the polar bears. Thanks for sharing. Keep goin n share more

    Hi Chitra, as you say I too agree on the eye to eye view more than the camera view.
    Let me ask you a very silly question...since I had not tired my hands on the beading techniques so far.....do you use nylon wires or jewellery making wires with needles to do the stitches???
    I am asking this doubt since my eye problem do not give me a clear understanding of stringing the beads directly !!!
    Would appreciate to know how you go about with the whole stitches....

    Hi Sudha
    Yes sometimes camera view cheats us.
    Its not at all a silly one. Its most important aspect of beading.
    I dont like to do beading with that gear wire. According to me Its useful for single string malas & eardrops.
    Nylon wire is very good for making designs like above & the squares I made bfr.
    Nylon gives srength & stiffness.
    Jewelry threads are useful for brick stitch kind of bead work.
    If you are suffering with eye problem do not try to do bead work.
    But even then in my opinion one can string the beads with the help of 'needle by sensing thro' our hands without really looking where the hole of the bead is......
    It is upto you.

    Hi
    I tried the first model with the same white crystals with small navy blue beads & pink colr beads.
    In my ipinion white crystals with navy blue color combi seems to be very good.
    How do you feel?
