Silk thread earring

Hi Ils,

Materials Needed:

1.Wooden/Plastic Balls - 2
2.Crystal/Small golden balls
2. Silk thread
3.Head Pin - 2
4.Wire Cutter
5. Round nose pilers
5.Fabric Clue


1.We can select wooden balls/Plastic balls according to our wish.

2. Spread little fabric clue inside the wooden ball.

3. Cut around 8 no’s thread in minimum 1 m .


4.String the threads in needle and Stick one end of the thread inside the wooden ball and allow it to dry for a min.

5.After it is dry completely cover the wooden ball with the thread.

6. Complete all the wooden balls.

7.Take a headpin and add a crystal/golden ball or any other ornaments which we like and then add the wooden ball which we have covered with silk thread.

8.Then add another crystal/golden ball and use a wire cutter to cut the head pin to appropriate length Make sure you have at least 3/8[SUP]th[/SUP] of space to complete the loop.

9.Use a round nose pilers to bend the wire to form a loop hole.

10.Before closing the loop hole, add a French wire and then Close the loop.

Alternately you can use small beads/balls and then you can add another silk thread ball after the golden ball also.

Also you can take 8 different colors of thread each measuring 1m at least also.You will get a multi color ear ring in that way.

The same way you can do bracelet also.Looking for your feedback's and comments.

@Muskaan75, @twingklingstar,I have added photos which I had with me. In the bracelets I would have used different kind of beads. I have enclosed those photos also,so that you will have an Idea.
