Help!

Hi ladies,

I really want to post some pictures, and I have gone through all the links on how to post attachments and add pictures ... But somehow, I do not have any 'manage attachments' button. In fact it says I dont have permission to post attachments:
Posting Permissions

• You may post replies
• You may not post attachments
• You may edit your posts

• Smilies are On

  [/LIST]

  And if I try to insert it by clicking 'insert image' it asks for a URL and there is no option to choose from file.
  Is there a minimum number of posts I must have to post attachments?
