    There is nothing specific about making these earrings. The only thing to be careful of is the paper that is used. I usually use Washi paper, which is Japanese paper. I get mine from outside India, not sure if it is available here.
    For making the earrings, usual origami instructions are used. You can refer to the link I have added in my previous reply. Once the origami is complete, it is just a matter of adding adequate glue to hold everything together, adding the earring findings and coating with clear nail polish or any other protective coating..
