Hey I have made this Perry cherry ladoo.

the recipi is down here..;

Ingredients

* 1kg Pears
* 1/2kg Sugar
* 1/2kg Coconut Powder
* 4 tsp Cardamom Powder
* Red Cherry

Method

* Peel off all the pears.
* Take water in a pot and add some salt to it.
* Immerse all the pears in water for 10 about minutes.
* Grate the soaked pears remove the extra water by squeezing the grated pears.
* Take 1 cup water in a pan and add sugar in it. Prepare the sugar syrup over medium flame, until the sugar reaches a thick consistency.
* Mix the grated pears into the sugar syrup. Blend them thoroughly, over simmer flame. Keep on stirring the mixture for about 15-20 minutes.
* After the grated pears and sugar syrup blend well, remove the mixture from the flame and allow the mixture to cool for sometime. Thereafter, add cardamom powder and half of coconut powder to the mixture.
* Make laddoos (small lemon sized balls) out of the mixture. Now, dust the laddoos with the rest half of coconut powder.
* Decorate all the ladoos by putting some red cherries on top of each one.

It is indeed delicious.
